Responsibilities

  • Maintain acceptable call handling time while remaining friendly.

Skills

  • High school graduate (Must present diploma or equivale certificate)

  • +6 months of proven experience as a Medical Interpreter (preferred)

  • Have a HIPPA complaint Workspace away from the noise and distractions.

  • English Level: Advanced, C1 or higher

  • Native Shanghainese speaker

  • Communication skills

  • Customer oriented

  • Attentive to details

  • Problem solver

Technical Requirements

  • Headset (USB ONLY)

  • 1080p (Full HD) Camera

  • Ram Memory: 8gbs (minimum)

  • Processor: Inter Core I3 or equivalent

  • Windows 10 (minimum)  (Only Windows)

  • Internet connection with an ethernet cable.

  • Internet speed: 20 Mbps Download (Latency 130ms Max.) and 10 Mbps Upload
